BioRe, as a pioneer for organic cotton aims at revitalizing the soil, preserving and strengthening biodiversity in India and Tanzania through creating space for small farming development and the fulfillment of human rights for farming families. Through organic farming and the associated development projects, bioRe strives to improve the living conditions of farming communities.

On behalf of the bioRe Foundation, which works from Switzerland for the well-being of organic cotton farmer families in India and Tanzania, I was asked to document their involvement, as well as the challenges farmers face every day as a documentary filmmaker and photographer.
