Some situations can't be understood from a distance.
I conduct field research, shape communication strategy, and apply design strategy to create new solutions–turning complex, ground-level realities into clear frameworks, informed decisions, and meaningful action.

Areas of Expertise
01
Field Research & Context Analysis
Complex environments require presence, not proximity. I conduct qualitative field research in fragile, conflict-affected and politically sensitive settings – mapping local dynamics, stakeholder relationships and ground-level realities that don't surface in reports. The output is structured insight that informs strategy, programming and decisions at the highest level.
02
Communication Strategy & Narrative
Organisations working in complex environments often struggle to communicate what they do and why it matters. I translate field realities, institutional mandates and strategic intent into clear, human-centered narratives – for donors, partners, decision-makers.
03
Design Strategy & Facilitation
When existing approaches aren't working, new solutions need to be built from the ground up. I design and facilitate processes that bring diverse stakeholders together, surface what matters, and generate solutions that are contextually grounded and actionable.
